At last, I got to painting our service stairway. It is 2 stories high with a stone wall on one side. We don’t have a two story tall ladder, and the ceiling and higher part of the tall wall were in good shape. With Papa’s help, I used a level and taped the wall, painting below the tape line. Papa trimmed a couple of steps, and I painted the stairway and banister. I turned the corner from the stairway, in both directions, painting a wall of the garage, and painting the laundry area. The whole space is fresh and clean. I bought a small rug for the laundry area and a drying rack for clothes. One more check off our “to do list!”
