Echoes

We were out early on Saturday morning, to go to Echo Amphitheater, a curved stone cliff with natural echo properties.  It is located just past Ghost Ranch, near to our house.  We hiked up inside the amphitheater and sang, whistled, and yelled, listening to our voices echo.  

We drove back toward Abiquiu and to Plaza Blanca, an area of limestone rock formations.  We hiked through them, unlike any place we’ve been before.
