More Pollença, Cala Barques, and Necropolis de Cala Sant Vicenç

On our last full day on Mallorca, we decided to go back to some of our favorite places.  It was a cloudy day and perfect for being outside, without worrying we would get too much sun.  We walked down our long driveway, enjoyed watching the goats and sheep along the way, and Papa picked us up at the vineyard on the bend.
We parked our car across from Pont Roma, to walk across the Roman bridge again.  We stopped at Bar Pont Roma so Lauren and Taylor could get some hot chocolate.  We walked through Pollença to Santa Maria del Angels Church, just to see its beautiful ceiling once more.  We shopped in a few favorite stores and I got a Panama hat, a gift from Papa!  We ate a late lunch in the square next to the steps to El Calvari.  All good!
We drove out to Cala Sant Vicenç and walked around the Necropolis de Cala Sant Vicenç, with funerary and dwelling caves dating to the Bronze Age, thought to be around 1600 BC.  Interesting!
We visited Cala Barques beach one last time.  Due to the clouds, there weren’t lots of people there, so Lauren looked for sea glass and the girls played in the water.  We had a terrific day!
