We had another wonderful breakfast at Restaurant Del Lago. After breakfast, we drove about 10 minutes to Garden of the Gods, a beautiful area of red rock formations in Colorado Springs. We hiked in a loop around the giant rocks, then went to the visitor center for a great view of Pikes Peak and lunch. We came back to the hotel in time to watch the movie, Jurassic World Dominion, in the hotel theater. We went to the fitness center for a bit of exercise before going for dinner at 6, to the Golden Bee Restaurant. Through the day, Colby and Papa played checkers, I played checkers with Colby, and we all played several rounds of Skye Jo. We had a good day!
