We walked over 9 miles today, with an early morning walk around the point, then a visit to San Telmo Museum (a former monastery with cloisters), lunch in the Gros neighborhood across the river, a siesta, then more walking along the promenade to Palacio Miramar (built in 1893 by the Spanish royal family, today owned by the city of San Sebastián). We went back to the promenade this evening at sunset, to enjoy the music, children playing, people still swimming. San Sebastián is a busy place!
