On Saturday afternoon, we went for a late lunch at Caroline and Glyn’s house at 2:30. Lunch was delicious and we talked until we had to leave for a concert at Chateau Flamarens, about 45 minutes away. The concert was held in a small room of the chateau, with refreshments after. The musicians were superb. We met and heard some of them previously at a concert in La Romieu earlier this summer. We agreed to host one of the musicians overnight, and she arrived at our house, later in the evening. Our guest is Parisien and sings professionally. The group has a week of concerts planned, with travel between concerts on bicycles.
