After breakfast yesterday, we drove about an hour, to one of Ornella and Donato’s favorite places to hike. The views were beautiful! We had lunch at a family run restaurant/farm that they have visited several times before and take their study abroad students in summer. It was delicious!
This morning, we walked to the chair lift in San Martino and went up to the top of the mountain. The sky was relatively clear when we arrived and became a bit more cloudy over the next three hours, while we enjoyed the scenery and had lunch at a refugio. Stunning!
