One of our greatest joys is exploring little villages and the French countryside. Yesterday we drove to Pouy-Roquelaure, a village of 150 with a castle and extensive walls, dating to the late 1200’s. We walked around the village and met a man from the UK that moved there eight years ago. He was working in his garden and was a very happy man. The drive through the countryside was beautiful, with more sunflower blooms opening daily.
