Our neighbors and friends, Alice and Gerard, invited us for a couscous dinner at their home last evening. There were eight of us, with our neighbors Dominique and Romain, and a couple whose family has been long time friends of Alice and Gerard.
As we arrived, Alice had trunks of native Arab attire for us to wear. We all had fun dressing up. We gathered on Alice and Gerard's terrace for champagne and fois gras. We later moved inside to the dining room for dinner. The table was beautifully set. Alice is Moroccan and she prepared an amazing couscous dinner with all the trimmings. It was a wonderful evening!
