We flew from Albuquerque to New Orleans yesterday with Taylor. We arrived at our hotel just before 6 pm. We put our things down and went for a light dinner, at NOLA Poboys, then for popsicle desserts at Popbar. Popbar is on Tchoupitoulas Street, so we ate our popsicles while waiting for the Krewe du Vieux Parade - a New Orleans tradition in the weeks just before Mardi Gras. The parade was an experience! We walked back to our hotel, down Bourbon Street.
