Whole weeks get away from us! We are busy and having fun!
4 July - apéros at our friend Abby’s house just down the block, with friends Deirdre, Pirrko and Nelson, and Cristine also there
5 July - morning at Lectoure’s market, evening dinner at our house with new friends Agnes and Raymond
6 July - exercise, grocery, and friend Jay for dinner and to PK Gallery for a photography exhibit
7 July - Plieux vide grenier and furniture arranging at friends Kay and Jay’s house in Plieux, Lectoure vide grenier where we saw various friends and had coffee with Caroline and Glyn, and their son’s family visiting from the UK
8 July - morning coffee on our terrace for friends Deirdre and Cristina
9 July - walk with friend Magali, then cold drinks on our terrace, went for ice cream on Rue Nationale with friend Caroline and her daughter in law Lucy and granddaughter Ottie, afternoon tea at friend Cristina’s house with Deirdre, and Annie
11 July - morning coffee at our house for friends Alice and Annie, lunch at Cigali et Fourmi in Lectoure, painted neighbor’s garage door in the afternoon, went to an organ concert in the Cathedrale in the evening
10 July - trip to Ferme Cazaux to take photos and visit with friend Coralie. She and Andre’ work very hard on Coralie’s family farm and dairy. We had tea at Coralie’s house, along with Andre’ and their neighbor Sophie. We left with Lectoure melons grown on the farm. Always fun!
