On Saturday afternoon, we raced home from the Tucson Festival of Books, to shower and change to go to the Tucson Symphony performance of “Grand Canyon State.” We attended the 4 p.m. show and sat in the 3rd row from the orchestra. The performance was particularly enjoyable because it was played to photography, shown on a large screen above the orchestra. Much of the photography was of Arizona, with the Grand Canyon featured. We really enjoyed it!
