We rested on Sunday. We read in the morning, then took a walk in the village, to visit the storytellers. They invited us to sit in on their class for a bit and we had a snack of fresh cherries with them. The storytellers are from all over Europe. We talked with people from Slovenia, Turkey, Greece, Hungary, Portugal, Poland, and Italy. They are educators, psychologists, event planners, and more.
We drove to Porano for lunch, then explored Etruscan tomb sites in the area. We took the long way home, driving toward Orvieto, for a view of the whole tufa hilltop. It was stunning!
