Papa and I have filled three thirty yard dumpsters with yard debris, over the past month. We finished cutting down and digging up today! Hooray! Our one acre suddenly seems much larger. We have better views of the mountains in every direction, groves of palo verde in the front and in the back, and at least half a dozen saguaros that we hadn't seen before. Another bonus is seeing so much stone work that we didn't realize we had, around the guesthouse patio and along the east side of our driveway. Next up is to do a bit of reorganizing of random stones all over the yard, but we are no hurry! We're going to enjoy our new found space!
