Alex and Gabi are home from their second year at ASU. Both are juniors now! They were in touch with us this week. We had lunch with Gabi on Monday and lunch with both of them today, at Culinary Dropout. Culinary Dropout is a new restaurant in the old Grant Road Lumber space. The portions are huge and the restaurant concept is fun, with games, fire pits, and a big glassed in kitchen. Mostly, we enjoyed catching up with Alex and Gabi, hearing about their classes and friends at ASU. We are so proud of them for leaving home and getting full scholarships, including room and board. They told us today that their lives already feel different.
