We went to the Sunday in the Garden Spring Concert at Tohono Chul Park this afternoon. Our favorite guitarist, Misael Barraza Diaz, was the featured musician. We have heard Misael many times over the past few years, at flamenco festivals, in Phoenix, at the University of Arizona, and at our home in October when we hosted a party for the Boys and Girls Clubs. We enjoy hearing him every time!
Tohono Chul was beautiful, with blooming palo verde trees, various cacti in bloom, Mexican sunflowers, and more. We had a wonderful afternoon.
