We made arrangements to meet several kids at the Pascua Yaqui Boys and Girls Club last evening. The clubhouse is a busy place! There were kids playing basketball on an outside court when we arrived. We smelled popcorn as we entered the front door. Everyone was busy! Elodia, Sammy, Mel, and Justin were ready for us when we arrived. Their Club Director, Adam, joined us too. Papa and I talked way too much, but we were so excited to meet these kids doing some really good things.
