Papa and I had a 7.5 hour layover in London Heathrow today. Claire and Emerson took the train out to meet us. David and Colby drove out a bit later. We went to to an airport hotel for a mid afternoon snack, where we talked for a couple of hours, got lots of hugs from Emerson and Colby, Emerson read to us about Aztecs and Incas, and Colby told us about the birthday party he went to earlier in the day. Papa and I enjoyed every moment. Our moments with our children and grandchildren are too few and too far apart!
